FABULOUS female bodybuilder Kimberly Kasprzyk is what realfemalebodybuilding.com is all about!

She may have a 32 year old son but this busy university worker pumps iron five days a week and flexes a pair of 16 inch biceps!

Looking magnificent at 52 Kimberley, who can bench 225lbs, isn't planning on competing but is focused on keeping the gym and bodybuilding at the centre of her life.

She started her bodybuilding journey 15 years ago saying 'at first I just wanted to tone up.'

But she was thrilled with the changes that pumping iron allowed her to make to her physique and she was bitten by the BB bug.

Her goal now is to drop body fat and beef-up her chest 'because I want the separation to show' – the words of a thoroughbred female bodybuilder!
